The keys to the
success of a WHOTSPOT-based Internet Cafe are:
- The creation of a unique, innovative, upscale atmosphere that will
differentiate WHOTSPOT-based Internet
Cafes from other local coffee shops and future Internet cafes.
- The establishment of an Internet Cafe as a community hub for
socialization and entertainment.
- The creation of an environment that won't intimidate the novice user.
- A WHOTSPOT-based Internet Cafe should position itself as an educational
resource for individuals wishing to learn about the benefits the
Internet has to offer.
- The provision of WHOTSPOT Cafe-branded pre-paid SurfCards, that can be
used until expiry, in multiple locations.

POTENTIAL
REVENUE
While it is nearly
impossible to determine an exact revenue figure, we
encourage you to use our revenue
estimation tool for some ballpark figures.
For example, if you had just
15 users in a average day, spending just 1 hour on a
station, your net monthly income (after expenses) could be
almost $2,000. that's $24,000 profit per year. 30 users
would bring in $48,000 and this does not include any revenue
from sales of coffee, candy, drinks, computer accessories,
calling cards....
