STEP 1: PLAN
Your first step in establishing a
WiFi Hotspot business or an Internet Cafe is to
understand all the requirements. A good business plan can help. We recommend
using Palo Alto Software's Business Plan

you develop an excellent business plan. In fact, they include a sample
business plan for an Internet Café to get you started quickly.
Careful planning is required to start your own internet Cafe. For
example, if you want to raise money to help you get started, then no
investor is going to consider you without a business plan. A good business
plan can demonstrate to investors and yourself, you've done your research
and considered all options. A business plan can also be a useful tool for
you to work with.

STEP 2: REQUEST A QUOTE
Understand what you need!
In the simplest case, all
you need is a preconfigured router, connected to your
existing Internet connection. You must arrange the
internet connection on your own. We recommend calling
your local Cable or DSL provider.
WHOTSPOT will sell you
Wireless Subscriber Gateway, commonly referred to as an
intelligent WiFi Router. This allows both Wireless or
WiFi access. This router connects through your Internet
connection, to our servers. In this way, users are
directed to your custom home page, where they receive
instructions and enter their PIN code.
Users
may purchase Whotspot SurfCards. The cards are
available in many denominations – hourly, daily,
weekly and
monthly. We can supply you with Printed SurfCards or you
can allow your customers to purchase instant cards,
online. We sell the SurfCards to you at very low
wholesale prices and you mark them up and sell them to
your customers. Typical margins are well over 300%. The cost
of the SurfCard reflects our cost to manage the backend
servers and your accounts, as well as maintain the
equipment you purchase from us.

STEP 4: PURCHASE THE EQUIPMENT

we receive the funds, your order is configured, packaged
and shipped. Our processing times are usually 48 hours.
STEP 5: INSTALL THE EQUIPMENT
Once you've got your
Whotspot hardware and a broadband (DSL/Cable or T1)
connection, you place the hardware in the venue.
Optionally, we can arrange the installation and provide
training for you and your employees. Once you've
completed these initial steps, you'll be in business.
Connections are simple, everything we ship is
preconfigured to your account.
STEP 6: SETUP YOUR ACCOUNT
Once the equipment is
operational, you'll begin by setting up an account with
WHOTSPOT. We will send you an online form to complete
and allow you to upload your brand logo, text and ad
verbiage for your custom home page and choose your
service pricing. The service pricing is the pricing you
will advertise to potential customers on your customized
homepage.
You
then start your monthly
location maintenance subscription. Each monthly subscription also includes an
unlimited use, management account for you to surf the
net freely from any of your locations or stations.
STEP 7: START MAKING MONEY
You're ready to market to
new end-users and start earning revenue. Just sell your
prepaid SurfCards directly to your consumers for Cash or
Credit Card. Since WHOTSPOT takes care of the pin code
generation, SurfCard printing, backend accounting,
secure authentication and end-user
support, all you do is sell the SurfCards at 300+%
PROFIT! As your SurfCard supply decreases, just order

For your roaming laptop
