WHOTSPOT BASIC PLAN

Whotspot's Basic Service Plan is our MOST POPULAR offering and is tailored for small business and venue owners who want to charge a fee for customers to surf the net. This plan is 100% hosted and maintained by Whotspot. Our plans work great anywhere in the world and offer a PayPal credit card facility for online accounts – in most currencies. You can set your own price for surfing at any location or accept our default pricing. SurfCards under this plan are low priced, resulting in more net profit for you. Whotspot has complete control over your Gateway and can upgrade and maintain it for you. Completely hands-off, just plug-it-in and you are ready to earn revenue from surfers at your location.

This plan offers co-branding on the portal page that your customers sign up on, custom pricing for online surfing – in USD or CAD, lower costs, many varieties of prepaid SurfCards, the ability to offer free internet access while still controlling this access, flat fee for online purchases, unlimited technical support and monthly reports of your online purchases.

Pricing:

• $0 Account Setup Fee* (when you purchase a WiFi Gateway)
• $25 Monthly Account Management Fee
• If you use the Whotspot PayPal account: 15% Online Transaction Fee** - we keep 15% of whatever price you charge to your end customers for subscribing online with their credit cards. Each month we generate a sales report for each location and electronically transfer 85% of the proceeds to your account.
• Our New Offering - Basic Plan Direct: Use your own PayPal account: $250 One-time Setup Fee + 25% Online Transaction Fee - we keep 25% of whatever price you charge to your end customers for subscribing online with their credit cards. Each month we will prepare a detailed sales report for each location and invoice you for the 25% portion of our fees.

WHOTSPOT FREE ACCESS PLANS

Whotspot's Free-Access Service Plans are tailored for small business and venue owners who DO NOT want to charge a fee for customers to surf the net.

In our FIXED MONTHLY OFFERING, you would buy our WiFi Gateway Router, connect it to your internet modem (Cable or DSL), pay us a fixed monthly location fee, and offer free surfing to your customers. Your customers will still see your portal page, and will have to login with a SurfCard Code, but the account is free. For controlled access, our $100/month plan offers the use of prepaid SurfCard codes. We send you as many 30 min/ 60 min/ Daily SurfCard codes as you need. The codes are sent to you ready for you in a spreadsheet, ready for you to print on Avery labels and apply to your brochures, business cards or menus.

New Campground Package: Instead of prepaid codes, we can generate a unique username/password combo for each campsite you have. This will provide secured access and allow you to easily track the traffic usage at each site. Just add $25/m for this option.

As a retailer, you can be very creative. For example, you could offer your clients a free 30 minute SurfCard code, if they purchase $5 or more in merchandise. You can also offer them other SurfCards, if they spend more in your venue.

The great thing about this optional service offering - is that it's controlled and it's fixed cost. You physically have to interact with the customer. No freeloaders or anonymous surfers. Only paying customers can surf free!

Also Standard, we'll keep our credit card interface operational. Other customers who have not purchased products from you will pay the full retail price for surfing by signing up for an account online with their credit card. We'll even send you 50% of the revenue for these paying customers! If you request, we can also disable this feature.

Under our Free Access Plans, technical support is provided by Email only. Need Toll-free technical support for your customers? Just add $25/month and it's yours!

Pricing:

• Offer Prepaid Cards to your customers. Prepaid Cards are priced more expensively under this plan but still allow you to earn over 50%.
• Since this is a shared plan, we keep all online purchases to help us maintain your account, equipment and service.

*There is no contact to sign with us. If you are a seasonal business, just stop your plan at anytime and the monthly fee will be stopped. When you are ready to re-activate your account, just let us know.

Inactive/unpaid accounts are automatically converted to our shared plan.

**Minimum $1 per transaction is charged by Whotspot. Example: you charge $3.95 for a customer to purchase an online account with their credit card. Whotspot keeps $1 and you keep $2.95. For purchases over $6.67, we charge you only 15%.

***Portal Page updates are limited to the initial design and subsequent text based changes on a quarterly basis. More frequent or extensive updates are priced separately in our shop.

****Monthly status reports are only generated if you have online paying customers and if the amount payable exceeds $10. If you do not have online paying customers, or you are only using prepaid cards for access, no report will be generated. If you choose to receive a report, we can generate one anytime for a flat $35.
