WHOTSPOT VALUE ADDED
RESELLER (VAR) PROGRAM
Whotspot resellers (VAR's) are
companies that already sell complementary products or
services into the markets we serve. Resellers are very active
and can typically move greater volumes of products. Resellers, own the customer and
consequently will place the order for the customer, provide
them with service, installation and technical support,
occasionally in addition to other complementary products or
services they may sell. When you join our
reseller program, you will be required to purchase a VAR
Demo kit.
Resellers typically buy in
quantity from Whotspot and get substantial product discounts
(ABOUT 10%). In addition, resellers can earn monthly revenue
(up to 10%) from the monthly subscription fee for each gateway they
deploy. Resellers are free to accept Whotspot's default
online pricing, or to customize the prices charged to
end-users at each location and offer revenue sharing with

WHOTSPOT VAR KIT

The Whotspot VAR Kit
includes a fully functional WS160HP WiFi Gateway,
Retail Posters, Table Cards, Prepaid SurfCards. In
addition, we program the Default Portal Page - the
home page your customers will see - to look like
your business. This is a fully functional unit with
Prepaid SurfCards and Credit Card Payment interface
enabled. We will manage and support this unit under
our special plan - sharing the revenue stream with
you. We provide support to you and no monthly fees.

HOW TO JOIN
The simplest way is to first
notify us that you are joining our VAR program by

Complete the
VAR Application Form
online. Within 24 hours we will respond.

Next, create an
account in our online shop. Once your
account is approved, we will modify this account to
allow you to purchase at VAR prices.

Purchase our
Whotspot VAR Kit. It is
listed at $999. However, when you login with your
approved account, the price will be set at $599.
Optionally, you can purchase any WiFi Gateway or Kit
valued at $599 or more.
