If you have paid for an account online with your credit card, and you can not login, please verify that you clicked on the link that appears after your payment named:
 "Return To Merchant".

If you have not clicked on that link after payment, your account was not setup properly.

TO CORRECT IT PROCEED AS FOLLOWS:

1. REQUEST A REFUND by completing the form at your right.

2. Sign up again and ensure that you click on "Return to Merchant". This link always appears at the bottom of the page when you have successfully paid for your account. Occasionally there are other links also present - such as "login" or "Cancel and Return to Merchant". DO NOT CLICK ON THOSE LINKS. ONLY CLICK ON
"RETURN TO MERCHANT".

Other issues: If you are experiencing difficulties connecting or logging in. please ensure you are using the correct username and password. All characters are case sensitive.

We can only provide support for payment or account problems here. You can also notify us of WiFi connection problems, and we will forward your request to the owner at the location where you are experiencing difficulties.

2. After you pay, make sure you click on the link "Return to Merchant". If you do not, your account may not be setup properly.
